WE OFFER COMPETITIVE PRICES, INCLUDING DISCOUNTS FOR LARGER VOLUMES AND LONG-TERM COLLABORATION.
Because we understand that not all projects require the same level of quality control, most translation and localization projects are quoted using a three-tier system:
Tier 1 – PRO
- For these projects we employ the strictest quality control measures.
- The Tier 1 process includes the participation of at least one translator, editor, proofreader and a Senior Project Manager.
- This level of service is recommended for published texts, sensitive legal documents, promotional materials and other texts that require absolute perfection.
Tier 2 – STANDARD
- For Tier 2 projects translations are submitted for review by a second linguist and the entire process is overseen by a Project Manager, who also performs final QA.
- This level of service would be appropriate for unpublished reports and documents, internal guidelines and manuals, and other documents that require a high level of accuracy, but that will not be consumed by the general public, clients or other priority audiences.
Tier 3 – DRAFT
- At this service level, a qualified native speaker is assigned to translate the text, and a final QA review is performed by the Project Manager.
- Tier 3 is ideal for internal communications, letters and e-mails, when the primary goal is to ensure the target text is understood by a specific audience, without the need for multiple revisions.
All translations are performed by qualified native speakers. We strive for perfection in all our work, but adjust our process according to the tiered system to best meet the needs of our clients and to offer prices that match those needs.
